Hey Kaleb and Mabel. 1st home lovely elevation. 2 closets. Oh the garage entry in the front. Good size bedroom and bathroom. Like the stairs placement. Good size kitchen. Pantry and ok size. Big dining/nook area. Covered lanai. Need my pool. Good living room and loft space. Laundry a little small. Good size private primary. En-suite on the small side but enough. Good size hall bathroom. 2 sinks could fit. Good size bedrooms. Nice home for those who don’t mind 2-stories. 2nd home looks small. Open concept. A side lanai. Ok size primary. Small en-suite but doable. Long closet. Laundry 🧺 room ok. Oh 3 bedrooms to 1 bathroom 🫤. Garage entry different having to walk past 3 bedrooms, laundry & bathroom. 3rd home like the elevation. HOA reasonable. Stairs immediate on entry but not a dealbreaker. Garage entry in front. Big open concept. Huge dining room. Bed & bath off the kitchen. Covered lanai. Loft. Big primary. En-suite ok. Oh big closet. 3 bedrooms to one bath. Don’t like the 3rd bedroom right next to the primary. Like the good size laundry near the primary. 3 lovely homes Kaleb. No lunch or dinner 😂? I really enjoy watching your channel You do a great job❤...and I am glad you include your girlfriend too.👍🏻👍🏻 but... I have to say the prices are still outrageous for many houses in the area.. the first house the second house entry is horrible 🤢 and third one not impressive either... and for nearly half a million dollars it is way over priced!! You could get so much more for your money living in a different area of Florida maybe it's just the houses in your area that are sky high? but I've looked at others in different areas and they're much more reasonable. I've seen some just as nice in Pensacola for a $100,000 less. But just keep up the good work because I still enjoy watching ❤

I don’t think I’ve ever seen a tile that awful. What were they thinking. But you never know someone could love it. I think it would look better in a mansion than a home this size the house being smaller makes it look too busy .

Good size guest room and bath. Lovely kitchen. Coveted lanai and room for a pool. Good garage entry placement. Absolutely love the rear staircase placement. Loft. Massive primary with a whole rear room and lovely en-suite. Bedroom and bathroom. Good size loft and laundry 🧺 room. 2 more spacious bedrooms and bathroom. Lovely for those that want a 2-story. Hey Mabel. 2nd home like the elevation. Nice deep view on entry. 1st bedroom with en-suite & walk in closet. Like the sunken stairs. Lovely kitchen and open concept. Do not like the shiplap on the living room walls. Coveted lanai. Great size backyard for a pool. Good size loft. Good size primary. No linen closet. Nice laundry. 1 bathroom servicing 3 bedrooms 😕 but still a beautiful home. 3rd home unique elevation. Don’t care for rear entry garage homes re:not enough backyard for a pool. Good size kitchen for 1700 sq ft. but nook and living room areas small. Good size 2 bedrooms and bathroom, laundry. Different primary layout. Oh so from the garage straight up the stairs. Very cute studio space. The kitchenette sink needed to be bigger and I guess would need an electric table/counter cooktop. 3 lovely homes. Thanks for sharing 🤗

Hi Kaleb !! Just wanted to let you know my wife and I truly enjoy your home presentations and watch your videos every week. Sometimes we get tired of Ocala "cookie cutter" homes, I think I could walk that "split floor plan" blindfolded !! 😉 That last home you showed checks all our boxes in the inside (they used quality materials) but there is too much land (making it very expensive). Price is very high, taxes exceed mine in NJ, and I can only imagine what the home insurance would be. Again thanks from avid fans. Best of luck to you and your pretty lady !!!
